When Tragedy Strikes

Tragedy often comes suddenly and unannounced, therefore, it is wise to plan for the eventuality when death touches us. We want to be there for you, and accordingly, we have prepared this emergency guideline:

1. If a loved one becomes seriously ill and is taken to the hospital, please call Rabbi Gold at the Temple office: 732 363-2800. If the situation is grave, do not hesitate to call Rabbi Gold at his home: 848-222-4912.

2. If the Rabbi is unavailable, please call a Temple Officer or Committee Chairperson listed below:

Yvette Atkins…………..732-241-2212
Glenn Steinberg………732-598-2693

Cemetery Committee:

Art Pedowitz…………732-657-6252

Memorializing Our Loved Ones:

There is a Memorial Wall of bronze plaques opposite the Library. The cost for the bronze plaque is $250. All names on the Memorials are entered on a weekly yahrezeit list under the hall Eternal Light and are inscribed in the annual Yom Kippur Memorial Booklet.

Please contact the Temple Office at 732-363-2800
